Spotlight On: The Out Power 50 2009

Out magazine published their 3rd annual "Power 50" list this week, which ranks "the most influential gay men and women in America".

For completeness sake, The QuOD reprints the list here in full, even though Out's editorial staff chose to include four individuals whose sexuality would best be described as a "matter of dispute" at this point (noted below with "MOD").

Why Out chose to place people on this list who have not publicly acknowledged that they are gay or lesbian alongside so many who have is a question they themselves must answer ... or try to answer, as it were.
